When it comes to fixing minor repairs in your house, we have trusted contractors that we work with that can help you get your home ready to sell ASAP! We will remove all personal pictures and items, this way buyers are able to picture themselves in the home, so when it comes to staging less is more. |
SHOWINGS & OPEN HOUSESOnce your home hits the market and the showings start, it's not the easiest to sell your home all while living in it, especially with kids! We will help you with making sure everything has a place or even stop by if you're not around prior to showings. When we host open houses we will bring all information, answer all questions, and also provide you with a list of interested parties and feedback. | ACCEPTING AN OFFER & CLOSING
